  3. AI Drafting Agent: This isn’t some off-the-shelf bot, it’s trained on multiple internal docs about my business (services, tone of voice, FAQs, even client context). That means replies aren’t just grammatically correct, they’re on-brand and informed.

  4. Human Review: I check the draft and either approve it, or give feedback.

  5. Smart Iteration: If I don’t like it, the AI refines the reply until it’s 💯.

  6. Auto-Send: Once approved, it goes straight back to the client, fast and flawless.
