We started INSCALED because we saw how much businesses were spending on Continuous Improvement Managers, and how that kind of support was totally out of reach for most SMEs. At the same time, we noticed teams were drowning in admin, struggling with messy processes, or trying to scale without the right systems in place. And the people in-house just didn’t have the time to figure it all out.
That’s where we come in.

Meet the Founder: Lucas M
I’ve spent my career in environments where things move fast, and systems need to move faster.
It started at Walt Disney World, where I was a team leader at the France Pavilion in Epcot. Coming back after COVID, we had to rethink everything - from how guests flowed through the theater to how we measured success. I introduced a new row system, set a defined spot for the host for better control, and started tracking throughputs on the whiteboard. The results were immediate, and I was hooked.
At Thorpe Park, I took it further. First as an Assistant Manager in Rides, then leading the Scheduling team. I improved ride efficiency, rebuilt teams, and led cross-functional projects with HR, Finance and Operations. One ride went from 250 to 400+ guests per hour. Another project meant cutting minutes off every single loading cycle. I even rolled out dashboards that transformed how leadership viewed performance. My time in the Scheduling team truly gave me the skills and desire to build INSCALED by rebuilding the way we ran and all of the processes that needed streamlining, we saved hours of work every single day and that was incredibly satisfying!
What drives me is clarity, taking something complex, messy, or underperforming and finding the simplest way to make it better. That’s the philosophy behind INSCALED: efficient systems, fast results, and support that feels like part of your team.
